Now, I have one suggestion for you to consider hopefully: Could you add the ‘edit’ function to both live stream chat room and comment section of the main site here? I was thinking, if such function is on, then users may find it more convenient and easier to use it so that they can correct/modify their comments even after they post them, or they can delete them if they find unnecessary or useless. As you see, sometimes, the users can’t delete or edit their comments after leaving the messages or sending them to others whom they don’t intend to tell in the current system that you administer or manage. At least from my point of view, the addition of ‘edit’ can be an idea for you to apply and improve the main site system.
