* North American Champion Carmelo Hayes and Cruiserweight Champion Roderick Strong sign the contract for their Championship Unification Match at New Year’s Evil, the Brian Kendrick returns to the ring to dispatch the menacing Harland, Grayson Waller addresses the WWE Universe about his surprise appearance on Monday Night Raw and championship contenders Raquel Gonzalez and Cora Jade team up to take on Toxic Attraction as NXT 2.0 prepares for New Year’s Evil in a jam-packed episode at 8/7 C

# Carmelo Hayes and Roderick Strong put pen to paper for New Year’s Evil Championship Unification Match

* Who is the premier champion of NXT: North American Champion Carmelo Hayes or Cruiserweight Champion Roderick Strong?
Both titleholders have been claiming that their championship is the top title in NXT, and it’s time to settle the debate by going title for title at New Year’s Evil.
Malcolm Bivens issued the challenge after the war of words escalated to blows at ringside this past Tuesday, and an enraged Hayes accepted. Now the two will put pen to paper for their match on Jan. 4.

# Brian Kendrick returns to the ring to challenge Harland

* The terrifying Harland has left a trail of bodies in his wake since his debut.
After decimating Guru Raaj, Harland could only be tamed by Joe Gacy. With the pair being escorted out of the arena, WWE Trainer Brian Kendrick made the awful mistake of putting his hand on Harland, to which Harland responded by launching Kendrick down a flight of stairs.
Harland and Gacy issued a public apology this past Tuesday, but Kendrick did not accept it. Instead, the former Cruiserweight Champion decided to settle the score in the ring.

# Raquel Gonzalez & Cora Jade join forces to take on Toxic Attraction

* Raquel Gonzalez and Cora Jade have a date with NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose at New Year’s Evil, but before they square off with the Champion, they must get through Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne.
The NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions have helped Rose enforce her will on NXT 2.0 while destroying the competition, specifically Gonzalez and Jade. Dolin and Jayne added another brutal ambush to their growing list of attacks with a vicious Kendo stick beating this past Tuesday on both title challengers before tossing Big Mami Cool through a table.
Gonzalez and Jade’s combined disgust with Toxic Attraction led to their friendship, but will the two Superstars remain friends long enough to take care of Dolin and Jayne or will the pursuit of gold create a rift? Tune in Tuesday night to NXT 2.0 at 8/7 C
