# NXT Women’s Championship Tournament bracket announced

* Indi Hartwell’s announcement that she was vacating the NXT Women’s Title led to chaos amongst the Women’s Superstars, and now a tournament to crown a new champion will begin with the final match taking place at NXT Battleground on May 28th.
Earlier today, 98.5 FM The Sports Hub – Boston broke news with the bracket release.
The quarterfinals will begin on the May 8th edition of NXT where Gigi Dolin will battle Tiffany Stratton and Lyra Valkyria takes on Kiana James. The following week, Roxanne Perez faces Jacy Jayne while Fallon Henley squares off against Cora Jade.

# Eddy Thorpe takes on Damon Kemp in singles action

* Since making his debut on NXT a few weeks ago, Eddy Thorpe has caught the attention of the NXT locker room, most notably the bruising Damon Kemp.
Thorpe’s winning streak has been as impressive as his work ethic, and an encounter last week after a training session between Thorpe and Kemp hasn’t sat right with The Alpha Wolf.
Ready to cement himself as one of NXT’s best, Thorpe will go one-on-one against Kemp and look to prove that his undefeated record is not a fluke.

* Mark Coffey & Wolfgang are enjoying their reign as NXT Tag Team Champions, but Schism is prepared to make their whole world come crashing down as The Dyad challenge for the titles.
Joe Gacy’s defeat of Joe Coffey on NXT came with the stipulation that The Dyad would get the championship opportunity, and now that chance comes with the mysterious Gacy and Ava lurking.

* Two of the nastiest Superstars in NXT are ready to duke it out as Ilja Dragunov and Dijak prepare to throw down inside the squared circle.
The two have traded unpleasantries for weeks, but Dijak escalated their rivalry when he ambushed Dragunov backstage and slammed a steel door onto the helpless competitor.
Now, despite dealing with the effects of those vicious strikes, Dragunov is ready to get his hands on Dijak.

# Trick Williams takes on Bron Breakker

* NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams have found themselves directly in the warpath of former champion Bron Breakker, and Williams is stepping up to the challenge.
A pair of Spears from Breakker to Hayes and Williams at NXT Spring Breakin’ left both Superstars down, but the one on the champ put him into a medical facility, and he was unable to exact any kind of retribution.
With Melo down, Trick looks forward to being the one to stop the rampage caused by Breakker.

# Chase U’s Duke Hudson battles Javier Bernal

* Duke Hudson has a new pep in his step after filling in for Andre Chase as the leader of Chase U last week, and he’ll look to show his students how it’s done when he takes on Javier Bernal.
Hudson, still riding high over how much he likes the sound of Duke U instead of Chase U, is ready to make noise in a newly revamped NXT after several Superstars were selected in the WWE Draft.
“Big Body Javy” Javier Bernal has the same idea and wants people to start putting some respect on his name as he continues to shine in the ring.

# Tyler Bate takes on Charlie Dempsey as Wes Lee and Drew Gulak watch

* Even after Wes Lee successfully defended his title against Charlie Dempsey and Drew Gulak, tensions remain high in the North American Title scene, as Dempsey and Gulak now want to punish Lee’s friend, Tyler Bate.
The Big Strong Boi helped Lee retain the title last week as he neutralized Dempsey on the outside, allowing Lee to handle Gulak with the odds evened.

# Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen to again team together against Hank Walker and Tank Ledger

* Big-time tag team action is on deck as the newly reunited Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen take on the up-and-coming pair of Hank Walker & Tank Ledger.
Briggs & Jensen are finally ready to hit the ring together after months of turmoil over Jensen’s relationship with Kiana James, but now that she’s out of the picture, the two friends are ready to take on the world together.
Walker & Ledger, meanwhile, have gained a lot of momentum since pairing up, and they’re hoping that their youthful energy translates into some wins in a stacked NXT tag team division.
